I thought Pearson said in his humberside radio interview that they’d “signed” 9 players…
On that basis I’d expect We already have a half back as one of the nine.

Well he said 5 from Australia with only 4 quota spots, so perhaps we shouldn't take him at his word from that interview!

Maybe the 5 aren't all necessarily quota players, who knows?

I wouldn't go that far but if he's made an error it's pretty poor from an owner nevertheless.

I know others might disagree but AP when he gives interviews reminds me of a used car salesman.

He talks sh!te. Said the forwards we’ve signed are 6ft 4, I think one is. Also when reeling off the academy lads that have been promoted, he named one as Kye McKenzie.

To be fair, he had just mentioned Mackenzie Harman so that where he got mixed up

I agree and have said previously that i think the club are banking/hoping that Clifford will return even as early as next season thats why i think the club will run with what we have now in the halves with Hoy and Trueman when fit and maybe the new guy and Tuimavave filling in when necessary.
Its a strong running second row we desperately need
