You could argue that he did at the start of the season. Before the COVID break we were comfy for a top 6 spot.
Unfortunately old habits set in, injuries hampered us and a skinny one dimensional squad assembled by the previous coach come back to bite us.
Hodgson is working on breaking up the boys club feel and bringing in people with a better attitude, while attempting to add depth and quality to the squad.
Lovodua might not get the headlines, but neither did Carlos Tuimavave when he signed.
