Opacic has a kid from a previous relationship down under. That's why he flew back home earlier in the year. If I was a betting man I'd say its him to make way.

Sounds like Mitch will still be with the club next season. Can’t figure out how to attach it on here but there’s an article on Hull Live with TS expecting him back with Severs for pre season.

Rovers just about to sign a 3rd hooker, from Dewsbury, might be putting 2 and 2 together and getting 5, but maybe something in the Parcell rumour.

Nothing concrete but a good mate who’s pretty clued up about Rovers said to me during the week they reckon Parcell will be the quota player that leaves to accommodate Whitbread. Also said that Litten is more favoured by Peters than Parcell currently. The fact that the rumour has now surfaced makes me think there could certainly be something in it.

Another point to note is Appleyard didn’t completely refuse the rumour as he did with that infamous Lewis article a few weeks back.

Is Parcell what we need, make us alot stronger at 9, but means we use our last quota spot and will have to go with Hoy and Smith at halfback until Trueman is back.

That's unless we sign Russell

He's a decent hooker and as Dave said would obviously strengthen us there.

Would make Pearson's comment about "five coming in from Australia" even more confusing, though.
