Seems to me that you’re outside looking in. There’s a ruthless rebuild going on now and hopefully when the dead woods been chopped away, we’ll see the green shoots of regrowth. I’m sure there’s an excellent coach in Hodgson somewhere but the toxic culture amongst some of our so called players just divides everyone.
deluded as always when it comes to criticism of the club. Its a good post and justified
Where is the ruthless rebuild?
We have added Hoy and Trueman
The catalyst to this is our coach. Two years into his contract and we are going backwards and we now have an Owner who has buried his head in the sand and looks like he has given up.
said it before but to think you can rebuild a club by relying on several promising younger players all making the grade and catapulting us into a top team is fantasy.
Yes players have to take responsibility but its quite obvious he doesnt have the disciplinarian in him to control them whether thats in the dressing room or on the field.
There are players who need moving on particularly Taylor and Griffin but replacing this coach should be the priority.
We have heard how the club moved forward with Brian Smith who molded a team of average players into a formidable and hard to beat unit and who was respected by his players and staff and thats what we now need even if we take a chance on a lower league UK coach because if we go another season with Hodgson we will still be going backwards.
