I think Jones will be one of the best signings for any SL team next season, he is exactly what we need, break tackles, can offload and his defence is excellent. Probably has the best stats of any other backrower in SL. Plus the fact he is fit and raley misses a game, think he has played every game this year, one of the reasons that Salford are having a good season.
Shame about Westerman, but there has the be a reason we aren't prepared to match Cas and Leeds salary offer, good player, but if the we sign the likes of Jones, Glenn and Thompson, our backrow will look very strong next year.
I also quite like the option of Kelly playing there, if we want a 3rd ball player, if we were fully fit.
If these rumoured signings come off, we should be chllenging Saints and Warrington next season.

I'm not sure whether Faraimo will stay and the Naulago situation seems a bit tricky. I do like the Fonua rumour in that context. We need at least one new prop with Green and Paea OOC and unlikely both will be retained.

Why do you think Faraimo wont stay? dont think his signing is in doubt. Ratu has also confirmed he wants to stay and the club would be stupid not to sign him. The Army seem happy to release him as long as he plays the Army representative games in RU. Hull are paying his wages and he is also stationed locally at Leconfield so travel no problem. My guess is as long as the Army remain flexible with the arrangement he will stay in the Army until he qualifies for his pension. Paea has shown us recently what he can do and Radford is a big fan of Paea so it wouldnt surprise me to see him here for one more season. Chris Green has his critics but i still think he is a good front row and will be retained. The two to go will be Manu and Minichello. Not sure we will go for an overseas front row as when fit we Have Taylor,Massi,Bowden,Green, and possibly Paea with Back ups Jack Brown,Bienek,Levy,Savelio and Fash. Think the money will be spent in the second row and if Paea goes then possibly another experienced overseas front row. Forget Fonua with Swift coming in

I reckon they’ll be more than just 2 going . Plus we shouldn’t fall in the same trap as last year and give deals out after a few good games . Depending on the cap I’d probably keep green , he’s looked ok since he returned but we need 1 top quality prop to come in , if we want to start challenging again . Someone the same level as Taylor or better . Plus we still haven’t replaced watts , so a quality prop is top of the recruitment for me .
I fully expect Manu Mini Paea Green Westy Logan to leave.I still think Hadley will stay as will Faraimo Litten Scott and Ratu.
2 x Back rowers 1 x Prop 1 x Winger/Centre
I wouldn't be surprised to see green stay but agree with the others. I think we need a big aggressive prop and a couple more back rowers at least, potentially 3 more if we lose mini, manu, hadley, westy, ellis and washbrook. only leaves us Jones, savellio and lane
