Can see the logic in playing Hoy in the halves, will be a huge motivation for him - NRL chronically short of halves but dozens of full backs knocking about. IF he can step up his value & likely return to NRL will soar.

needs to learn how to pass a ball otherwise we will need the additional pace in the team for chasing back intercepted passes

I think he could be a good signing, didn't realise he was 28, thought he was a bit younger. There must be something there, he's won a grand final so he can't be a mug. Hopefully he'll be coming into his prime with us.
I can see a 2yr deal maybe with an option, unfortunately our location seems to work against us when signing players.

Yeah, according to the stats he made 98 meters from 11 carries at an average of 9m per carry.

Apart from Linett that was better than any Rovers forward and by some distance in certain examples.

Not bad for someone who has hardly played and must be some way off match fitness.

Still nothing on Hull Live about Morgan Smith but someone took a photo of the paper and stuck it on Twitter
