No antagonism, people gravitate away from RLFans for many reasons, like I said, believe what you want, that is what message boards are for.
To try to put this thread back on track, the simple answer is NO. AP can’t afford the purchase of The KC or fund a stadium build of our own. Perhaps a David Lloyd character with truer intentions may come along with piles of dosh, purchase City and ourselves, then buy the stadium but even then we’d still be sharing. (edited because JTP sussed me)

Sharing a stadium isn't the issue, some have an ideal to own our own ground, our own 15,000 seater stadium that stands empty, never host an international or major final.
The issue with the KC isn't the KC itself, it is the mismanagement that the Council have allowed the SMC to get away with. The fact (it appears) the Allams would sell City but keep the SMC tells us where the money is, perhaps?

With the kc our income will always be limited. Little match day income, no non match day income and 10 grand a week for the privilege why do you think that clubs with lower crowds than us have more money?
Success hasn’t been forthcoming on the field for the past two years, but that time period has seen a record growth in membership, increased gates, record commercial figures and shirt sales and a profit posted for two successive years....
