Unfortunately for him he'd already admitted to members of the press that he and the coaching staff were kicked out of the dressing room without explanation.

Are you kidding, his exit was the start, won challenge cup, had a lot of youngsters coming through, had , brough, cooke, and horne, had a bad start to season, had a lot of injuries, when we got players back from injury, kear had already been sacked, and that squad went onto make grand final under peter sharp. I think we still would of , if kear was giving more time. Then the squad was dismatled , we had cooke gate! Started having injured aussie half backs, dykes, head , and an english one, long! I dont see how kear started that at all

Radford's post match interview on Sky was astonishing. Bill Arthur asked if could see it through, Radders took that as a question pertaining to his resignation. And didn't seem confident that it wouldn't happen. 'Either me or someone else."

Summats up. But why, so soon after the astounding start to the season?
