I care because I live in the South and I try to spread the word about this great alien game of ours to my southern cousins who only love Rugger for 5 weeks of the year when Twickers is used by over hyped jessies wearing white shirts with the dreaded red rose on the chest. ( I am a Yorkshire RL loving person )
EH is the voice piece, if we like it or not of our game. He portrays the game poorly imo. This particular subject being a casing point.
He should stop his love affair with the supposed big 4 and Wire and start prasing all teams for the excellent work they are all doing.
One casing point is his desire to mention the youth in the game, which is no bad thing, but very very rarely does he ever mention the youth we have. Plus the youth we have and keep on the books, unlike say Wigan.
Yes I may be over sensitive, but try living in a non RL area and promoting the game when he and Stevo are the only mouth piece there is for your sport.
Before you ask don't even mention Ray French.

Eddy & Stevo = Statler and Waldorf, French and Davies = Bubble & Squeak. All 4 of them are depressing to listen to, they are too serious and dour in their presentation and are out of touch/sync with the SL era, they are still at the 'old school'.
On the other hand you have McDermot & O'Connor bring humour and exuberance to their presentations and Cullen brings a whole lot of enthusiasm and knowledge Clark over complicates things with his technicalities and stats.
The game would get far more viewers in the south and other regions if the game was presented more like 'The Footy Show'.
Boots 'N' All is a bit like the Nigerian TV obituary programme, it leaves you wanting to switch it over.
