Has Adam strung everyone along, knowing Joe was always going?
i think he has but really he doesnt need to. Why all the denials by the club? Motu must have been really embarrassed to give that latest interview to the HDM. All the fans want is honesty from the club.We all understand the club needs money, and if a good offer comes in for a player who is coming into his last year of contract then it has to be considered. We have adequate replacements for Westerman.I see 13 been covered by both Abdull and Hadley. We will miss Lineham much more than Westerman. Just wish we could find a centre. Still have nightmares that Yeaman will start
I'm not Pearson's biggest fan at the minute, I am however a massive Westerman fan. But, if a player turns round as tells you he has no intention of signing a new deal what do you expect Pearson to do? I would be touting him to everyone, because he'd have run his contract down and signed for Leeds for nothing next year anyway. No Westerman will also allow Sneyd to really take control of the team too.
I'd prefer Joe to stay and sign a new deal, but if that wasn't going to happen I'm fully behind Pearson on this issue.
All good then. Hopefully we can strengthen the outside backs with his cap space
Doubtful , I think we have no quota spots available, cant think of any non quota ooc players, (Welham-hope not),
I remember seeing HDM article, which stated,we changed our target from a back ,to a backrower, most of us thought ,it was Ellis was retiring, but obviously it wasnt.
I'd sign an attack coach with some of the funds, but probably a tad optimistic, with AP's micro management policy.
UPDATE: James Smailes @James_Smailes I can reveal Hull FC turned down Warrington bid at weekend for Joe Westerman, but that's not end of the story. Full story in tomorrow's HDM

So the deal wasn't done weeks ago like some posters have claimed.
Two real winners of this is Westerman and his agent, either way they get a payrise.
