I will back any signing especially one made by Tony Smith, but I can also appreciate that the 'doom and gloom' shown by some is understandable. On the pitch he is certainly a downgrade to the likes of Allick/Blore who we were previously pursuing, and I can't say that he offers more than what Griffin/Savelio, all whilst taking up a quota spot. Off the pitch he comes with some pretty big baggage. He gets a chance and I hope that he proves me wrong but on face value this seems like a pretty underwhelming signing. One of the domestic signings has to be a SR now for me personally.... (McMeeken
