But it's still worth pointing out Lane made 54 tackles and only missed 2. 14 tackles from marker. He really did work hard tonight, even if execution let him down a few times.
Our 2nd highest tackler was Hoy with 28, who didn't miss a tackle. Not bad for a "Turnstile". But shows how hard Lane worked in defence by nearly double our 2nd highest tackler.

Last two weeks he has produced two try saving tackles, ok one was a penalty try, but he was a bit unlikely as first contact was the shoulder and he had no other choice.
