I think we're all getting frustrated now...but hold tight as I still believe we won't be disappointed.

In my opinion the club have several irons in the fire regarding signings. If we get sammut then we have 1, 6 and 7 cover...if we get Moore we might need fullback cover (so phelps could be in the equation)....and chase would cover the halfs and of course the hooking role.

I reckon the club will have this in mind and rich will have an idea what his ideal scenario is, just a case now of seeing if it all works out!

Because the salary cap is for salaries only, the transfer fee is not part of anybodies salry therefore it doesn`t count on the salary cap, it couldn`t be any simpler than that

Just because Rovers can't afford transfer fees, doesn't make it unfair to everyone else!!

Probably because a transfer fee is not part of the players salary!!! It is what the clubs agree to pay iwo compensation for the player who is still under contract to his current club,to effectively be released.
Once the new contract is signed then the PLAYERS salary comes onto the cap.The transfer fee would be paid to Crusaders Not Sammut.
It's not Rocket science !!!!
