Still not seen enough of Hardaker to see if he's any good defensively, and I think it would still be a bit premature to say top quality, personally. Hodgson clearly still has quality and is very good on his day, I just think he's done physically to play enough games to justify his likely wedge.
For me there's Tomkins who is top notch, then Hodgson, Wellens and Webb who were once quality but are now past it, with Eden, Hardaker, and Owen who possibly have the chance of getting there. The rest are just fairly ordinary at best IMO.
