Reading between the lines, I’m assuming something will be announced before both these events, in regards of investment/ownership.

It’s a hard sell otherwise.

Im convinced with our additional spend on backroom staff that some money has come from somewhere.

Also want to see confirmation the COVID loan was paid off after it was mentioned so often by Pearson it's odd he hasn't told us
