Harry Grant (best hooker in the game?) He's 5 foot 10 and weighs 13 stone 9lbs

Balmforth weighs more than some of our props and it shows.

12 mins into the second half in the dobbins game and he's way too slow defensively,
and he's not even playing the full game !!!!!!!!!! FFS

He needs to lose around 8kg and get his body fat down to about 12%.
Then we will see a NEW SIGNING at hooker. He has the skills so it's only his physique slowing him down.

Why can't today's coaches see this? He can easily lose 1.3kg a week over the next 6 weeks

When it comes to losing weight our conditioning team will already have their hands full with our new half back.

It'll be interesting if we bring anyone in on loan this week. HDM says we are targeting a centre, a half and prop.

Probably too early for the Wigan game but I wonder if we'll utilise our quota spots and bring someone in from the NRL.

Nothing to play for position wise but still have 10 games to go and should be looking to finish the season strongly for a change.

I should think we will be talking to the two sacked Catalans players, some wag has already edited Jayden Nikorimas wiki page to say he has signed for us.

Don't know anything about Nikorima but we need a half back right now and if he could improve us maybe he's worth looking at.

Does it not go against the positive culture argument signing players that were sacked from their previous clubs? Or is it fine because we need a halfback?

How about our conditioning and fitness dept being cut to the bone and we all saw how unfit they was, maybe afected Balmforth.

We are looking for new additions for this area so let’s see what they do in pre-season with ALL the players before we body shame them
