Not alot in there really, didn't deny French though.

Maybe the French deal isn't dependent on Connor and they may play together

When they come out and actually acknowledge interest, it leads me to believe it’s some way down the line. Otherwise they’d flatly deny it.

I know its only speculation and reading between the lines but normally if there really is nothing in these stories when a coach is asked they usually come straight out and say there is absolutely no truth in them and stop it right there. Where as BH neither denied or confirmed instead saying he wasn't going to deal with speculation on any player which tends to indicate that there is something in the speculation.
