Rest him if he's not 100%. We should win this one anyway and he needs to stay fit for the big games

Certainly seems to have been the right choice as captain, saying all the right things as well.

It's important his family enjoy coming over to see him, we have had problems in the past when people's families have not wanted to be in Hull. (for whatever reason)
