But if he appeals this time what is the point in waiting months to find out. If they reject this one what is the point of trying if he has had two applications rejected?

Use the money on someone else.

if he gets turned down thats it IMO

its no good for the club to have such a large chunk of cap unavailable, and he won't be very match fit after months out of the game (don't forget he missed the last weeks of the season as well)

and whilst it would be awesome if he's does get here, to be honest we are in more need of another back than another forward with Lakuaki on the way.

Yes you're probably right. If he hasn't got this application right then I don't know what he can really do to get a different decision. Surely, his agent and Hull FC must have made sure it was the best application they could have submitted and covered everything relevant (I hope !!)
