I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!

Cust is a pretty solid signing, Manly put a clause in when they released him that they get first refusal I believe. So obviously well thought of and was 2022 MOS favorite. Good player just injury prone like a few others. If the gaffer trusts him, he’s got my support.

A lot of people writing Truman off. Anyone who’s played Rugby knows how important preseason is. He’s missed the last 2. Hopefully gets through this season injury free and after pre season he will be like a new signing.

His strength has always been his running game which is hard behind a beaten pack and as main pivot . Players like Asiata & Abdul will allow his game to thrive. Has he lived up to his potential….no but he still has time on his side

On Trueman I think its gets forgotten that he is still relatively young at 25 too.

Cartwright out for a "few weeks at least" with a foot issue.

It was truly baffling that it was reported as a 'known issue'. The bloke could barely walk when he came out for halftime with his foot iced and looked even worse at full-time.

Definately not in the Cuddle Crew

Pearson sounds absolutely clueless in that Yorkshire post article. Clearly now here till the new owner takes full control (probably end of season when he stops being the Leeds rhino's president) - be so glad to see the back of him. Drove this club into the ground, probably now just hanging on to the new regimes coat tails to try and save face. I will repeat he is no better than the Hetheringtons. Yes we won the cc but so did Kath in 2005. She even got us to a grand final and her team was better than Pearson best team imo

Cartwright apparently won't be seen this year

The vague "few weeks at least" doesn't exactly fill you with optimism

What makes you so sure the club will be sold? It’s obviously a possibility and certain dominoes look like falling into place for a takeover but seems a long way off that yet, I’m inclined to believe him that’s he’s here for the long haul.

The only way the Cust signing makes sense is if Trueman is leaving, wonder if he'll follow Cam Scott to Wakey? In my opinion he shouldn't be a marquee player, wonder if Richie and Mr Cartwright are thinking the same

Trueman never a Marquee player from a performance point

Personally think it's a good signing. He's a quality player and you only have to read how highly he was thought of at Wigan and praised for his professionalism. Just unlucky with French and Smith ahead of him and also unlucky with injuries but hopefully he can have an injury free season next year. In JC (not Clarky) we trust.

Already out injured for a couple of months at Salford
Will fit in well here
