Provided they are comfortable with each other it should work well.

I think with pearson only just taking over and not having the greatest knowledge in the field of RL having a DOR will help him and take a little pressure off too.

He hasn't won anything, but he's not coming here to be a coach.

There's no personal issue, you just write alot of rubbish on here that's all.
