Eamon O'Caroll that's gotta be a rumour made up by soemone taking the mickey.

If agar is still here come the start of next season and we sign players like that it will show that AP's comments about top 4 and finals is a load of hot air.

But it should make the purchase of the KC easier with FC now on side.

O'Carroll has missed most of the last 2 years with an injury that a lot of doctors couldn't pinpoint I believe. However he had another surgery a few months ago which seems to have been successful and he's been back playing in the reserves the last couple of weeks.

He's a good player, and if this troublesome injury is behind him you'll have yourselves a decent cheap signing. I've not heard anything from this side though.

You lot really are pathetic, "I'm not going if we sign O'Carroll", don't go then simple. You've all been saying that we need a few more forwards for next , we get linked to a young british forward & now you're not going if we sign him? If he signs give him chance FFS, he's a decent player and only 24 so hardly past his best is he?

Depends who else we sign, but adding o'carroll and expecting him to offer something we haven't had is unrealistic, plus his injury record makes sean long look like an ever present

Compare us to Warrington too. They where a cash rich club and needed a forward and a centre so they went and got possibly the best uncapped forward in SL in Carvell and an Oz international in Matt King. These are the quality we need to be aiming at if we want to get to the top.

Where did this O'Carroll rumour come from? There's nothing about it from the Wigan end.

and we'll end up with Dowes, O'Carroll and some injury prone Aussie that we've never heard of.

people are feeding on scraps of (mis)information, I doubt very much will improve for next season, 2013 onwards will be when we see evidence of AP's ambition (if he is true to his word), if players are not available then they are not available, who in their right mind (that would improve FC) is going to leave Saints, Wigan, Warrington or Huddersfield to come to Hull?

Sell them the dream and future asp and they will come!

Sell them Agar, an ageing injury prone squad and no chance of silverware and you'll see no change from the last 3 seasons squads
