Well its a good opportunity for Hoy to get himself a start next week. It's hard to imagine he can produce anything worse than what we've seen already.

Smith was supposed to be a saviour but even though you have a team without quality i have seen nothing to suggest he is the coach to take the club forward,in fact the indiscipline is the worst i have seen for many years.
No structure,no kick chase and no speed at the play the ball.
Too laid back for me and i dont see any passion

Although the score isn’t as bad as i thought it would be. This is seriously worrying we look awful. Looks like Herman and Pele will be banned. 10th at best on this showing.

Ryan Hall really really hurt Jack Walker there when he ran at him. So much so that Walker had to leave the field l.

That's one for the shirts and ties to look at next season. Stop running the ball in so hard and injuring players.

Hall should have seen red for that. He will next season.

Other than you saying Pearson will throw in the towel after this I can’t disagree with the rest of your post.
Even with all the issues we have once again simply failed to be up for a game and compete at a good enough level. There’s no excuses as we look as poor as ever and anyone thinking we might possibly improve on last seasons position is in for a long wait.
First game in and we look a longer way off than last season

The ref didn't stop the game for Jack Walker having a head injury, he allowed play to go on and Rovers score.

A minute later he stopped the game because he thought Mikey Lewis had a head injury. It was a false alarm.

Where's the justice?
