Why make a genuine talent have to change his ways when it’s what makes him the player he is. If it’s should have been sorted out, that’s the coaching staffs job, not a vigilante player taking things into his own hand.
And while we are at it, Taylor needs to look at his own performances over the last couple of months and look at his own effectiveness. When do you see Taylor run the ball in like his life depends on it rather than just lolloping up to the defenders and then carrying them 5 yards.
As someone else has pointed out, this will be an unpopular opinion, but being Hull born and being “one of our own” should not immune a player from criticism.
