What's the story with O'Carroll? When I googled him a fan had said in January that he'd missed 75% of games in 2009/10 and this season was his last chance to prove fitness?

with us having a few more options next year,it should be a case of whoever is in form and producing the goods gets the nod..whoever it may be,and hopefully we will have a coach that will do just that.

I wasn't against his extension, far from it, but his influence on a game is no longer what it was. Hopefully that may change with an organising 7 alongside him.

I don't think he'd dislodge any of the 6's at the clubs currently above us; Kevin Brown, Leon Pryce, Brett Finch, Lee Briers/Myler, Thomas Bosc, Danny Maguire and Rangi Chase. That to me reads that there are more 6's in the league that are more effective then him then those that aren't.

o'caroll & pomeroy? The mind boggles. One an injury prone fringe player from wigan who has barely played for 3 years, the other a journeyman aussie. We may as well show the door to the likes of aldous and ben crooks

How can Pomeroy be a journeyman, if my knowledge is,correct he has only played for one club.

He's a solid centre.

We do need a centre if/when Gleeson goes. The questions are whether there is anyone better than Pomeroy for the money and whether he's worth a quota spot.

I dont think O'Carroll would be a bad signing to be honest if you can keep him fit. Bowden and Aldous are highly rated at Hull but wont be ready in my opinion next year so you need some more depth at prop if Dowes and Luaki leave.

Started his career with Penrith I think, but like you say good enough, hasn't he played city v counrty?

I don't know who people think we can attract.
