To be fair to him, he does seem to have done so. As his Wiki page states - NZW were warned they would be heavily sanctioned if he didn't behave. The fact they took up his second year option shows he proved himself.

We need to get Moa tied down quick, I hope Wolfire right and he has just about signed for next year.

I'm guessing were going to put alot of faith in our young back rowers and try to sign a British prop, unless Heremaia is off non fed due to his last stay in the uk. (which is very unlikely).
