On this board people are allowed to express their opinions regardless f which side of the fence they or if they are straddling said fence. Unfortunately in the real world we are pretty much censored if we are not towing the party line.

What exactly IS the 'party line' in this instance? Supporting the team? Supporting the coach?

The phrase also normally indicates a level of organisation that IMO is not present here. You're talking about the spontaneous reaction of a crowd, not some carefully orchestrated demonstration.

Always makes me laugh when people claim that the fans forums are a chance for you to voice your displeasure. When the brother tried it he got shouted down by rule and not given a proper opportunity to respond. Some people are either blind to what goes on or just ignore it and convince tehmselves otherwise
