Wells said Jed I wholeheartedly agree with that sentiment Pearson is doing it the right way round unlike when Agar had Sharp foisted on him this time the DOR selects a coach and obviously its going to be one that he knows rates and can work with. McCrae has great integrity he always has had and Pearson rates him from the days back when we first went to the Stadium. Wasn't Gentle a front runner for the Dobbins job before their Chairman said, " No we definately won't be getting him" looks to me as if this has been sorted for a long time, and is as Chris said just faling into place. Pearson aint doing much wrong at present!
