Things take time but a director who will take care of Rugby related stuff is only a good sign because since we lost Motu we jave got worse and worse.
But can we trust Pearson to make the right appointments?
So far he's hired McRae, Gentle, Motu, Radford, Hodgson, Smith. Personally I'd only say Motu an outright success in his role, Radford of course won 2 cups but there were average to poor seasons surrounding that.
