a wire win would have us looking at claiming 6th spot making it harder, losing still keeps 5th and 6th open, still some twists and turns to come in the next few weeks, a lot of fixtures between teams in 5th to 10th!

Swings and roundabouts I suppose. We need to win at least 4 from our last 5 so beating Warrington is imperative Id say.

agreed, we cant afford to lose any of the next 4 games, watching leeds/wire this afternoon, would be disappointed if we lost at home to those two, fingers crossed the injuries clear up for Sao/Taylor and Hoy if Litten failed his head test , id rather have our next 3 fixtures than our 6 fingered neighbours east

Yep TS said post game that Litten was fine. Taylor a d Houghton will be missed but with Fash back & hopefully Sao that should negate the loss of Taylor. With Houghton missing surely it’s time to bring Balmforth in to the 17 or Will TS run with Dwyer/Lovodua. Hopefully Carlos won’t face a ban.
Great shame for Staveley he still struggling with the injury he picked up in the reserves game. Wonder if it’s too soon to give Jebson an opportunity?

Whoever plays we need to win.

If we lose this we go 4 points adrift of them with a worse points difference. So basically 5 points behind them with four to play. That would pretty much put them above us for this season and leave one spot to play for instead of two. Win this one and we have them in our sights.

I think we have to win our next four games or that's us out the six, we've got 3 or our top 6 rivals too.

Me too, I'd just be happy to have every game with something to play for, hopefully we won't need to beat Saints last game of the season, but be happy to go there knowing the last game of the season means something.

Yeah our points difference cost us unfortunately that seven game losing run hurt it, that's why a draw at Wigan would have helped us.

Agree, we have to win our next 4 games to stand any chance, I view all remaining games now as knock out rugby. If we can do that hopefully other results would go our way too meaning we wouldn't need to go to St's and win to get in to the 6.

It's going to be very tight, if we win the next four we should be OK. Potentially we could do it with three wins from five but we'd need a couple of big wins and have some luck with other results. We can close up the PD gap with Rovers and possibly Salford but probably not Warrington or Leeds. It'd be nice to still be competing going into the last couple of rounds.
