He probably wouldn't be my immediate poster of choice on here but if we're talking white coat, rubber gloves, black stockings and stilettos, then there's definitely somebody else I'd give a shot.

Think we need to try and keep Griffin, however I wouldn't be offering anymore than a 1 year deal, if he can get 2 years somewhere else, then good luck to him, I would maybe consider 1 year with an option in the clubs favour. I think we could get one more year out of him, particularly if we can get a couple more quality forwards and he plays less games and minutes.

Griffin been in our top 3 larkers this season.

Agree, based on his form and performances this season in S/R since the arrival of Smith I'd offer him a 1 year deal with a 2nd year option in the clubs favour. I'd possibly also offer Griff a role within the clubs development systems as Feka alluded to the effort he puts in voluntarily.
A longer deal may not even be Griffins priority if he is still settled and happy in Hull and has plans for post playing.

Not sure we could afford to lose Griffin on the back of Swift in terms of the recruitment already needed, though I'm sure the club will have things covered as they'll know more than we do on how things lay with the retentions etc.
