So recruiting him on a 3 year deal was a big error of judgement, then.

How is it wasted cash???

Those positions would have been filled anyway, granted in Crooks case they could have got better value but one can only learn from ones mistakes

They do. Particularly at Rovers who will now welcome their 5th assistant coach in 2 years. Looks like the old "learning from your mistakes" philosophy has yet to kick in.

As opposed to Hull having 7 changes of coaching staff at 1st team level in the past 6 years

The only continuity Hull have had has been with Steve Crooks and Jonny boy wants shut

TBF Morgan is about to have his 4th full season in charge, though prior to him i have to agree it was a real ramshackle effort from the club, but those were the days of Wayne Smiff, Colin McNichol and the crazy Don Robinson

Well Agars into his 5th year here and its Lastys 6th year coaching so im not too fussed on continuity
