The way he goes on about the stadium only been half to three-quarters full makes me think that he doesn't appreciate the support the team gets. There's two rugby league teams in this city so he should be thankful of the people that turn up....so he is been negative in that aspect.

With regards to him been the captain. No. We need a captain who can lead us both on and off the field. Somebody who plays the full 80 minutes, isnt injured every other week and somebody who can bring belief and raise expectation within the team and the fans by one spectacular play. Radford doesn't fill them categories.

Well you're just wrong then.

It is a 100% fact that that not 'every other ground in the UK allows its supporters home and away to enjoy a nice pint of lager or bitter whilst watching their favourite rugby league or football side.'

If it makes you feel superior, then ok then, it wasn't 100% fact. I should have said the majority of stadiums allow for their fans to drink on the terracing or seating areas.

As for Standee who posted 'idiots that get bevvied up already cause enough trouble when the smoking ban first came in, expecting them to differentiate between football and RL is a step too far.'

Bevvied up idiots do attend sporting matches yes, so if what your saying is true, we should ban alcohol altogether in the stadium. I personally dont see the purpose of it been sold if you cant drink it on the terra...I mean seating area.

Would you rather have the odd one or two drunken idiots sat next to you, or a frail old man who spills his entire coffee over your head when the team scores and end up having to miss the rest of the matches because of third degree burns? I know who i'd rather be sat next too.

Ok then well whatever. I was talking about the KC Stadium seating, the Stadium we've been in for 5 years. (I do not know the exact amount of years, months, weeks, days, minutes, seconds and milli-seconds we've been at the Stadium because I honestly dont know)

I agree with your sentiments re beer
My main bug bear is half time, its just an utter joke in the concourse. That is the SMC's remit and they should sor it out.
First solution sell plastic bottles of beer, and have a separate beer stall from the other refreshements.

The old man. The chances of the team scoring are low to nil anyway

A perfect example been at Odsal, they have a couple of beer stalls. Perhaps, just maybe....that could solve the drinking on the terracing/seating problem.

Beer only stalls means only beer drinkers will be in the queue, no pie, crisps and chocolate people queuing up to make the waiting time even longer. That, coupled with better staff service could just possibly result in been able to enjoy a beer for a full 10 minutes, thus not having to drink it in your seat anyway!

Is it true that Richard Agar's favorite movie of all time is Groundhog Day or does he just generally like the same boring s**t day after day, season after season?

Is this guy really what we want in a captain? Negative , regressive ,small minded. Surely a captain should be looking forward and seeing the future as something to meet with improvement. His body language last season was poor and now he's added to that with actual language which to me helps no one. We've got a fantastic facility at the KC and it's the players on the pitch that will create atmosphere and fill it by putting in consistently passionate , attractive and winning performances. Just a look at the attendances since the move shows what it's done for us. I only hope he's been misquoted or quoted out of context.

I felt he made some strange comments last season when interviewed after matches etc and said then that he could do to think for a bit longer before saying something. As much as the Boulevard will always be a special place in Hull fans hearts I personally wouldn't want to go back there. If nothing else it would certainly cost us our A grade franchise.
