Not 100% clear on all the facts but wouldnt the east Hull sports complex be on rented property?

If I am right why is it ok for him to extend one rented house but not the other? Might be wrong but just a thought.

It's rovers' land. he'll give them the money, they'll build it, they'll own it. I believe he should do a similar thing for us but he'll need to buy us the land first.

Still have an uneasy feeling about all of this. I would have thought that if pearson is independent then he'd be banging on allam's door asking for financial parity with rovers

I was under the impression than Craven Park was rented all be it a pepper corn rent, Meaning that it isnt Rovers land. If this is the case why cant he just give HCC the money to extend the KC just like with rovers? Dont get me wrong I dont think it should be extended untill it is filled week in week out.

Or does AP see Allam as the man he really is and doesnt want to be in his pocket? Hopefully AP has the sense to stay clear

That's the stadium site. I believe (although I may be wrong) that rovers bought the adjoining land (the old school I think) a few years ago

I don't see the issue. If allam wants to build us a training facility that can also be used by the public then why do we need to steer clear? It would only be a similar deal to the NHS one

What ever happened to us going in with the NHS? I know it went a bit belly up when they pulled boulevard down but what after that?

I will let you off then on the rovers land, I had forgotten about that.

From what we have seen of Pearson since he took over i see little to doubt that he has his own adjenda and is clearly his own man and no ones puppet and is a shrewd man indeed, he will know how to work these people and get whats best for him then in turn FC, feel very confident we are on the dawn of a new era of sucess here both on and off the field...
Sure of that

Not according to this:

It saw him write to Lord Prescott, informing him that as the development was on council land – for which KR have a 27-year lease – he was withdrawing his support.

So again why can he put (or give money for) an extension on one rented house but not the other?
