Might be a load of balls but someone has mentioned Liam Watts online.... wonder if him and Taylor get on.

Can't see it given the seemingly younger direction we are looking to go in

Real lack of British players, this is why we can't replace as many as people wanted and the likes of Taylor, Griffin and maybe Houghton could get new deals (All playing well too), so we have to take some risks with Uk based players, if

Tindall is replacing Wynne then I'm ok with that

Ashworth for Evans I'd be happy with too, probably a better, younger player, who will be cheaper and gives us a quota spot.

Looks like he had a fall out with an ex and was stupid, a few years ago, hopefully learnt from that one off incident.

Key is signing 3 overseas players who improve our 17, this season we had 2 overseas players who couldn't get into our 17, this shouldn't happen.

Think we need 3 more forwards on top of Ashworth (prop, backrow and hooker), hopefully we can get an English hooker and use an overseas slot on a winger or another forward.

Definitely give Griffin another year, unsure on Taylor and time for Houghton to retire.
Ashworth seems to be settled now in his personal life so hopefully TS can get the best out of him IF he does sign.
Very happy with Tindall. A big upgrade on Wynne both in ability and professionalism

Hopefully we’ve seen the last of Covid excuses too. Does anyone know what happened to Jones, seems as though he’s lost his way at Hudds also? Is he injured long term?

Ideally I wouldn't keep Houghton for another, but if Balmforth goes, are we able to sign 2 hookers?

Taylor deserves another year, been good this year, first year he has been injury free and it is showing.

I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!

For me I think Griffin and Taylor have shown that they still can still play and have something to offer the club under the right Coach *& environment and are worth a 1 year deal especially with the current available player pool being quite limited. As good as Houghton has been this season so far, in all honesty I think one more year would be a year too far him.

I agree about Houghton, but can we recruit two better hookers than him?

Market is pretty meh here and in the NRL.

Only ones that jump out are Leeming, Turpin or if we take a punt on Jayden Berrell but not sure if he'd get a visa
