This insular Hull bubble is a major problem at the club
Yeaman was a prime example.Kept on at the club two seasons too long and then given an internal job which he had no qualifications for.
Richard Horne given a coaching role then allowed to go part time to take up a coaching job at Doncaster
Never dropping Houghton,Taylor or Shaul even when their form dipped and would have allowed a reserve player to come in to show what they could do.
It wont happen but you have to say that Radford has failed badly and is living on the back of the C/C victories.
He is very lucky to have the backing of Pearson as any other coach would have been long gone by now.
I dont think we need any more assistants,we need a complete change of the coaching staff
Cant argue with any of the above comments...
The 'excuse' of 'not me guv' from Radford clearly shows he has no idea, how to man-manage a group of individuals -IMO
In any walk of life, a Manager's main duty is to motivate staff and creates an environment where employees thrive. Can anyone honestly say this is happening at Hull FC???
Then we have the comments from Adam Pearson, "as long as I'm the owner, LR has the job"
That's a crazy statement to make, for mine - apathy has crept in... the club has gone stale.
The whole coaching set up, needs a major shakeup, with staff with new ideas and attitude...
I wouldnt mind, the likes of Watson or Wane.. but of course it wont happen...
