under Radford our last 6 league games performances each year have been

2014: won 1, drew 2, lost 3
2015: won 2, lost 4
2016: won 3, lost 3
2017: won 2, lost 4
2018: lost 6

Most teams try and peak for the playoffs, we seem to try and peak for the Challenge Cup Quarters and Semis in June

LR is finished - he’s garbage but the question is WHY has he not been relieved of his post ?

Took a friend to the game tonight. For a few weeks now he's been murmuring that he's going to get a pass for next season for him and his wife.
As we left tonight he commented, think that tonight has convinced me not to waste my money.
Wonder how many others feel the same now after watching the same old dross for the last few weeks and seasons.
Tough choices to be made but that's as far as it goes now for Lee now imo.
See the season out, then leave with reputation in tact.

Absolutely gutted by tonight's performance. Something gotta change. Some players are either not fit or not going at it 100%. Yet radford still keeps picking them.

Maybe Radford should step down and become the Director if rugby and let someone else sort out what he obviously can’t.

radford doesn't believe he shoulders any blame for our poor performances. I've not heard his interview after tonight's game but last time out he just blamed the players and took no responsibility himself. No wonder the players are putting in the performances they are. Who wants to work for someone who publicly slags you off on a regular basis?

He's too strong of a character for that to work. He would soon fall out with a Head Coach if he was say storming into the dressing room, or giving one of his soundbytes to the press.

Bringing in someone more junior as an Assistant could work, I think the club have been crying out for an Attacking coach for about 15 years now. McRae and Kear were the last ones to play a brand of Rugby id describe as having attacking flair. The coaching staff have also spent most of their careers at Hull, its a very insular bubble.
