We need proper leadership, it's been a huge problem with sneyd, Houghton and Taylor, not assertive enough in holding others accountable when it needs doing.

Give it to Gale. And look at introducing more leadership mentalitys after this season

I'd make Gale the captain, proved over the years he is a leader, just the blip at Leeds last season which he will have learned from.

I see Ferreria has gone to London on loan, good move for him, but does it leave us a bit short I outside backs.

Good move for Jude, and we have Marcus Walker who has already made his debut, Connor Wynne we know about, Cam Scott, the Figian chap Mitch, and I would say Davy Litten is very promising, thankfully with reserve and the academy’s now coming to the fore, our own youth will start to fill these voids.

Probably just what he needs, some 1st team rugby, probably too good for the reserves but not quite at first team level.

Goes well, comes back and challenges for a centre spot next season hopefully

Wigan given up on Miller. Still on contract for 2022 and Waky wanted a fee etc. so Wigan looking elsewhere

Would we folk out a transfer fee? I've seen some people mention Miller but I can't see it.

I reckon any incoming will depend on us moving the likes of Shaul, Bowden and Johnstone on.

Interesting call, but I quite like the idea.

I don't think it's a big deal who your captain is tbh. Leaders are leaders regardless of whether they are captain or not. Someone like Taylor isn't suddenly going to fade into the background just because he doesn't have an armband. But in Connor's case it might make him re-evaluate the way he carries himself sometimes. Like you say it could be the making of him.
