I think Lovodua will be another Berrigan (not as good though) brought in as a 9 but ended up playing in the halfs due to injuries. On that I always thought Berrigan's best position was centre.

Looking at our fixtures and with players coming back I'll be very disappointed if we don't think at least 6th.

I get what your saying, but i think if you look at the elite in the sport, they find replacements as soon as players past their apexs performances start dipping off, we cannot afford to dither. I honest don't get the narrative of why it's in Houghton hands, he's looked a tired old hooker this season and last who needs replacing, I think if it wasnt for the monumental injury list we d of seen Lovodua eventually take his place.

For me it's a no brainer we say our thank yous and don't renew his contract. Personally I see moments where it looks like his head isn't in it, the same with Shaul, Griffin and Taylor. I think they all need a fresh challenge somewhere else. And we need to move on and complete the final pieces of Hodgsons team with replacements
