No idea if its true or not, but perfect location for Hull FC. Within West Hull boundaries and great transport links - just off A63.

Best of all, my Mum and Dad live on Summergroves Way - so matchday parking sorted!

Is it really that much dodgier than around the KC? I pass through gypsyville every day almost and it's mostly old folk and mums with prams.
