Quote Smiggs="Smiggs"We were discussing Tansey yesterday while watching the game and commenting on how ordinary he now looks. This was in stark contrast to when he first arrived at the club, he was like a breath of fresh air. He played with enthusiasm, ran great lines, passed the ball with pace & accuracy, tackled well and his positional play was excellant. Yet less than 12 months later under the coaching of Agar he looks like a lost cause.'"
I have been thinking exactly this for three or four weeks now. When Tansey came into the squad, he really was a breath of fresh air. He looked enthusiastic and creative. He was running great lines at pace and truly looked like a potential future international.
Since then, he looks less and less interested with every passing week, to the point now, where he even looks lost and devoid of any ideas or confidence.
Could Agar have drained him of every drop of attacking and creative ability in such a short space of time ?
