Regarding the relaxation of new head contact rules for last nights game, which came from insurers’ medical advice, are the RFL not now massively liable for any injury resulting from the game?

Apologies, two weeks early.

I do wish they returned to a 32 team 1st Round, with all the Super League teams involved. Gives the lower league teams a chance of extra revenue, opportunity for some alternate away days and extra jeopardy if two SL teams get drawn together.

Why should they be if they have insurance?
Maybe now the sport should be looking at players taking out their own private insurance which is partly funded by the RFL and part by the clubs reflected in their salaries
