Was the old birds eye site.....big piece of land and offer good links to Clive Sullivan way.Its 5min from where I live just near Pickering park.

Been flattened for a while now. Good road access if they were thinking of building a stadium perhaps - or training facilities.

Thinking training and everything else I should imagine....I'm sure I read somewhere that they had to leave it so long before building due to the chemicals that was used and may be in the ground.Its a bloody big site mind.

With Pryce it's the age that is the most concerning. Or more accurately, how many games will he play given his age. When he's on the field he is still a good player imo and certainly has more to offer than Horne.

Sneyd may turn out the be a one season wonder, but he certainly seems to have everything we need based on what I have seen this year. He could flop but that's a risk worth taking.

Overall Pryce and Sneyd, on paper at least, should make a good pairing. Each of them have different skill sets that should compliment each other well. Whether that happens in practice we will see but we could do a lot worse imo.
