I'll be there as a I have a pass but I can't say that I'm excited for the new season at all.
all signs are that its going to be yet more drab, inconsistent rugby, and it couldn't come at a worse time for the club with the changes that are coming in.
I fear that we could quite easily slip back from being 6th-8th like we have been for the last few years, and slip to 9th-12th place. With the 2015 structure changes that would mean playing Championship opposition in the runoff, which will cripple the club financially (our budget is set up to be a top end SL club) and once your in that middle league of 8 it'll be hard to get rid of the malase and get back in to the top league of 8.
might sound a bit hasty as the season hasn't even begun, but I think we are a lot closer to the above scenario than we are the 'top4' club that Pearson makes so much noise about.
