To be fair we have tried and been turned down by Hudds and Warrington.

Don't think there is anyone else available.

Could go to the NRL, but that would take time and I'd rather wait if the right player isn't available.

Don't understand the criticism of the loan players.

Just don’t understand the 2 week loan for Aydin personally?

Unless it’s to protect our players which is only one position.

He is not the experienced forward we need.

We are giving him game time and getting him fit for if Rovers need him in a couple of weeks.

Meanwhile our players are sat twiddling their thumbs.

See how he plays on Sunday but just don’t get it?

Could we not have kept Hoy and used him as leverage to try sign Broadbent in a swap deal with Cas? Instead he's gone to Hull KR and we're left picking up the scraps.

Where is the ambition?
Why are we not pro active like other clubs?
Myler doing a great job with his pot of gold.If thats the extent of his contacts we may as well give in

Yeah and we shall see I suppose but Aydin is only 23 (year older than Gardiner) and not the experienced forward I would be hoping for.

Aydin in particular I think is just getting some bodies for a week or two and giving the younger players a break from being battered.
It's a shame our two most promising forwards Armstrong and Wainhouse have been injured for this period and we lost Staveley too but that's the hand we've been dealt.
Fash should hopefully be back soon and Ashworth should be back near the end of May so once Aydins loan is up we should be back near a full complement of forwards assuming we don't lose anyone else.
Plus it provides options for dropping people if they aren't performing.

wish the fans had the option to drop the clubs management as they are definitely not performing

FFS what ever we do isn't good enough. We are in a bad shape but have a new man at the rudder. He's trying to plug the holes whilst we can stabilize the ship. . But for a few it's f ucking non stop moaning.

Jack Farrimond is probably the best academy halfback prospect seen at Wigan for a long time and is both an organiser and kicker. Downsides are his age when an experienced head would be preferable and he might not be at a stage physically where Wigan would want him playing SL every week. But far better than the options Hull currently have and would compliment Trueman in style. Would be worth an enquiry for a loan deal.

Bit early to write off our recruitment for 2025, let's see who the coach is before we start jumping off the humber bridge.
