From what I've seen Trueman is definitely an upgrade on Reynolds but we also need a new scrum half.

I don't think we would have won even if Connor stayed on the field.

Connors dangerous in their 20, due to errors and discipline we didn't get close to their line when he went off.

One of the reasons I would love to see Hookem play. Yeah he's young and inexperienced but he might, just might, be good enough to claim the 7 shirt next year.

He has been here 18 months, have we improved enough or at all.

Won't drop underperforming players or use his bench right still.

Long night coming up in Perpignan. Potentially without Connor and Ma'u on top of Tuimavave, Sao, Savelio. Catalans don't often lose two in a row at home and the forecast is 26 degrees.

Any news on McNamara and Vulikijapani?

Zero chance of that, if we don't play hookem at home against Toulose when you have 3 halfbacks out its not going to happen.

I expect Lovodua to play 6 next week and he will toss a coin and drop either Reynolds or Gale.

Never saw the game yesterday so can't comment just saw he seemed to take the brunt of the criticism from the cas fans for the second half display. Could joey and Trueman work in the halves together I wonder although I'd personally want joey to have the 9 jersey next season

not really.This is the third game we have not scored in the second half even with Connor playing
You wont score without the ball and by giving them so many penalties and repeat sets its the same old story and ending

I've said this a few times, buy I think we look unfit. Probably the reason we give so many penalties and 6 against.

Although it doesn't help the fact the our coach loves to play forwards for 80 minutes and have someone sat on the bench all the first half

Experience coach is what we should of gone for, Hodgson seemed a gamble to me that isn't paying off. What sort of time frame would you put on a coach to get you competing? This is his second full season and you'd imagine the bare minimum would be to show significant improvement on past seasons which we ain't seeing
