Yep its sounds from the article as though the development aspect of the young players under the club are in very good hands with Shenton and Riding. Its an interesting point Shenton made regarding the winning aspect in terms of it can lead to a false sense of security as in subconsciously they may stop putting as much effort in during training etc.
Certainly proving so far to have been very good appointments by the club to bring Shenton and Riding in.
