I’m not even a Hull fan but something has to change at Hull after that performance. You’re crying out for a complete overhaul just as we were at Wigan before we brought Maguire in. One or two have mentioned Shaun Wane and I would say that if you could tempt him then go all out to get him.

Tempting anybody will be a huge problem. People know Pearson either doesn't have money to spend or is unwilling to spend the money he has. Any coach who comes in needs to spend. The squad isn't good enough. So then that raises the question of why would any coach come to Hull when they know their hands will be tied straight away.
That also extends to players. Why would any decent new signings want to come here when they're seeing the results we're getting. We need to accept we are now in the bracket of club that only has any chance of signing good players by paying way over the odds compared to somebody like Saints or Wigan.

I think Smith will walk away, trying to Polish a turd with this group of players looks a bridge to far.

I'd give Grix a shot until the end of the year, he's not been there long enough to have been part of the problem.

With the benefit of hindsight Andy Last must feel hard done to given the poor performance of the 2 coaches after him.

I'm completely disillusioned with Hull right now.
Smith looks now like a fish out of water, fresh out of ideas.
As Hull fans we have seen this type of performance far too often now.
The first time today I've left a game 20 minutes early. There was little or no effort from the players so I wasn't prepared to waste anymore of my time.
Houghton is not a captain and should have retired.
This is a team with zero attacking threat and no defensive line speed or desire and Smith looks powerless to change anything.
Sack him off now before too many more fans turn off and tune out.

I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!

Fully agree with Grix.
And I know it wouldn't be an immediate turn around. We'd likely still take the odd bad defeat purely because the squad just isn't good enough to compete. But we might at least see some changes made to what we all believe are all glaring issues, rather than a few more months of Smith digging his heels in and sticking with a team that has such clear and obvious unbalanced.

Give Shaun Wane a blank cheque and tell him to write down whatever number he wants.

I think I may have spotted the fundemental flaw in your suggestion.

Needs to go, hes making absolutley baffling decisions.

Only problem is there doesnt seem to be any rugby league intelligence at the club to make an astute coaching appointment.
