If we havnt received a fee seems to me that there is possibly a player exchange but as i said i dont like the way the club are trying to downplay the loss of Connor by saying he may have a very serious injury when the medical staff at Hudds have cleared the move for a three year deal.

where does it say the club say he has a serious injury? its the HDM . Maybe he has maybe he hasnt, But once again cant wait to have a dig,

3 scenarios:
1. The HDM totally made it up
2. The HDM have access to his medial records
3. Somebody at the club let that information out

What do you think is most likely? Or do you have a 4th scenario?

my point it wasnt a direct quote from the club. not hard to understand is it. Its all conjecture till FC come out and tell us.

There is no chance any club would come out and say that they are releasing somebody because they think he is injured. The club and medical staff would look incredibly foolish if Connor lines up for Huddersfield in round 1. Leaving it up to the media to report on it being a possibility saves face.

Weird how fans change their views once a player leaves

Connor Is good against the minnows but go's missing in the big games ie Wigan saints Huddersfield QF

He's also a liability with penalties etc

I said back in July the club and player were looking for a release
Huddersfield is a good fit for Jake, lot less pressure.
Some posters on here believed saints, wigan and host of Nrl clubs were after him. Yet Somehow he’s gone back to Hudds!

Yeah, he averaged 0.7 a game this season, shocking.

Do you ever think it's because the better teams managed to nullify our 1 attacking player over the last 2 seasons
