Lee has been one of the better performers, as has G Horne. If Washy and Whiting come in they can come into the pack for me to freshen it up, maybe at the expense of Houghton on the bench and Radford in the back row for a rest. Thacks for Moa i agree with.

LEE??? Apart from when he didnt come up in the defensive line with the rest of the team to allow harlequind to force themselves over the line..

Where did that comment come from? Dave put he has been one of the better performers which he has, not that he has done nothing wrong.

Some people just have a level of hatred for Tommy that beggars belief. He hasnt been perfect, but he has perked us up defensively every time he has come on and set a very good G Horne try up v Cas. he gives us more attacking flair at 13 than Radford does used their as an extra prop.

Salford are a SL club and will be well up for this game as their league campaign is going nowhere. After last night we're not in a position to rest players. I'd be more disappointed going out in the cup, given either Leeds or Saints are going out, than losing the derby.

Agreed, Im not a big tommy lee fan but believe he has shown improvements this year, looks bigger stronger and is good in defence. If the squad is fully fit I wouldnt have him in my 17 but on current form I can name 4-5 players who I would drop before him.

Spot on. Definitely brought some enthusiasm and intensity to our play and has been good the last couple of games.

Have to agree with alot of what you guy's are saying!
I think the pack looks tired and could do with some fresh body's King looked good at the back end of the game. Let's hope our new prop Luakai (sorry about spelling) isn't too far away could do with him to allow Cusack and Dowes To spend less time on field. :SLEEPY:

Good summary that. You only have to look at our cup performances last year compared to league. As Paul Cooke said yesterday every defeat Salford suffer brings them closer to a victory. Hopefully it will be today.

Speaking for me and my Dad, if the same 19 is named for next week we won't be going. The game was frustrating enough, Agar's seeming denial of just how bad it was was even worse. He seriously needs to take some action after that.

Oh ffs, its started already.

It was exacly the same as every game I can remeber against them. The bad weather always meant it was going to be an arm wrestle down the middle and Quins are the masters at it. We tried hard but a couple of mistakes ended up making all the difference. They played the perfect slowing down game in the second half and didn't give us a single penalty in the second 40. The sides were very well matched on the day and a couple of pieces of indiscipline unltimately cost us.

I was far more disappointed with last week than this.
